Effective Date: September 3, 2026

Introduction

Moss & Bell LLC (“Moss & Bell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use our websites, mobile applications, desktop applications, online services, and other products and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Different Moss & Bell Services have different features and may collect different types of information. A particular Service may collect only a subset of the information described below. Where appropriate, we provide additional disclosures within a specific application or in a service-specific section of this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Depending on the Service you use and the features you choose, we may collect:

Account Information

This may include your name, email address, username, authentication information, profile information, account identifiers, and information needed to create or maintain an account.

Some Services may allow users to provide information that is personal or sensitive in nature. We encourage users to share only information they are comfortable providing.

Device Permissions, Voice, and Audio

Some Services may request access to device capabilities such as the microphone, camera, notifications, files, or other device features when necessary to provide a feature you choose to use.

Where a Service processes voice or audio, the application may temporarily process or transmit audio, speech-derived text, or related data to provide transcription, voice interaction, accessibility, artificial-intelligence, or other requested functionality.

Permission use and data handling may vary by Service and will be disclosed where appropriate.

We may receive information about the transaction, such as the product purchased, subscription status, transaction identifier, renewal or expiration status, and related entitlement information.

We do not need to receive your complete payment-card number when payments are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider.

Some Services may allow users to connect, invite, communicate, collaborate, or share information with another person.

In those Services, we may process information necessary to establish and maintain the connection and deliver information between participating users.

We may receive information from service providers, authentication providers, application stores, cloud platforms, or other third parties when necessary to operate a Service.

Artificial Intelligence Features

Some Moss & Bell Services may include features powered by artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems.

When you choose to use such a feature, information relevant to your request may be transmitted to technology providers that process the information on our behalf in order to generate a response or provide the requested functionality.

Depending on the feature, this information may include text you provide, conversation content, prompts, contextual information, or speech-derived text.

We seek to limit information sent to such providers to what is reasonably necessary to provide the feature.

AI-generated information may be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice unless a particular Service expressly states otherwise.

Sharing with Other Users

If you deliberately use a feature designed to communicate or share information with another person, information you choose to share may be made available to that person.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, governmental requests, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or abuse, protect security, or protect the rights or safety of Moss & Bell, our users, or others.

If Moss & Bell is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Sale of Personal Information and Advertising

Moss & Bell does not sell personal information for money.

If a future Service uses advertising, targeted advertising, or other technology that creates additional privacy obligations, we will provide appropriate disclosures and choices and update the applicable Service disclosures.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication protections, secure cloud infrastructure, and restrictions on access to production systems.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  • fulfill legitimate operational purposes;
  • comply with legal requirements;
  • resolve disputes;
  • prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the Service involved.

Information may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Account and Data Deletion

Where a Service allows users to create an account, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information through the mechanisms provided by that Service or by contacting Moss & Bell.

Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account except where retention is reasonably necessary or legally permitted, such as for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary course of operations.

  • access personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Services not intended for children.

If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

A Moss & Bell Service designed for children or educational use may have additional privacy terms or disclosures applicable specifically to that Service.

International Data Transfers

Moss & Bell is based in the United States. If you access our Services from another country, information may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Where required, we take appropriate measures regarding international transfers of personal information.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, application stores, or platforms.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this Privacy Policy does not control independent third-party services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
